Potato Ham Soup

  1. Dice potatoes.
  2. Slice carrots and celery.
  3. Place vegetables into 5 quart pot.
  4. Cover with water and let cook until tender.
  5. Add spices, base or bouillon and ham.
  6. Add butter and half and half.
  7. Cook until heated through.
  8. Makes about 12 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
