Plum Raspberry Jam Recipe
- 3 lbs. (5 c.) prune plums, grnd
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn raspberries
- Put ripe hard plums through food chopper, medium blade.
- Combine fruit and sugar in a 5 or possibly 6 qt pan.
- Add in raspberries; mix together.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till thick, about 40 min.
- Pour into warm sterilized jars.
- Seal and process in warm water bath 10 min.
- Makes 8 half pints.
