Jarlesburglimpe

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Combine meat, egg, seasoning, onion, capsicum and cheese in knead together.
  3. Form a log shape and place in a baking dish.
  4. Drape the sliced cheese over the meat and then cover with overlapping bacon rashers.
  5. Pour water in baking dish and place in oven.
  6. Bake for 1 hours.
  7. If the bacon starts to brown too much cover with a piece of foil.
