Lucy'S Special
- 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 small box instant rice
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 lb. steak or ground beef
- 1 lb. spaghetti or preferred pasta, cooked and set aside
- 1 small onion, sliced and cut in half
- Marinate steak,
- cut into bite size pieces, for as long as possible
- in
- enough
- Italian
- dressing
- to cover.trepare spaghetti or
- preferred
- pasta;
- set
- aside.
- Saute
- meat with onion until meat is cooked through and onion is tender.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
- Additional dressing can be added if pasta is not fully coated with dressing from meat mixture.
- Serves 4 to 6.
