Sausage and Mushroom Penne Skillet
- 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Italian Style Sausage
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1-1/2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices; cook with mushrooms in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to skillet along with the pasta sauce; stir.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella; cover.
- Cook on medium heat 10 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
- Sprinkle with basil.
