Crispy Fried Potato Wedges Recipe
- 4 med. white potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Bake potatoes, cut each one into 6 wedges.
- Heat 2 to 3 inches oil in deep fryer or possibly large saucepan to 375 degrees.
- Fry half the wedges at a time 2 to 3 min or possibly till golden.
- Drain.
- Serve immediately.
- 4 to 6 servings.
