Crispy Fried Potato Wedges Recipe

  1. Bake potatoes, cut each one into 6 wedges.
  2. Heat 2 to 3 inches oil in deep fryer or possibly large saucepan to 375 degrees.
  3. Fry half the wedges at a time 2 to 3 min or possibly till golden.
  4. Drain.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. 4 to 6 servings.
