Fresh Orange Salad Dressing

• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. orange zest
• 13 cup fresh orange juice
• 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

1. In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except oil until well blended.
2. Gradually whisk in oil until well blended.
