Paprika Pork with Peppers

  1. Melt butter in a large frying pan and fry chops for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
  2. Season.
  3. Add garlic, stock, wine and paprika.
  4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning chops once.
  5. Add sliced peppers and stir in cream fraiche.
  6. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until chops are cooked.
