Filling Salad - Good for Dieting

  1. Boil the chicken tender, and cut the tofu, tomatoes and cucumber into pieces a little bigger than bite-sized.
  2. Quickly blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water.
  3. Shred the vegetables and chicken tender by hand, and put them into a bowl.
  4. Combine the dressing, and it's done.
