Filling Salad - Good for Dieting
- 1 piece Chicken tender
- 1/4 block Tofu
- 3 small Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/4 pack Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 small Umeboshi with honey (pounded)
- Boil the chicken tender, and cut the tofu, tomatoes and cucumber into pieces a little bigger than bite-sized.
- Quickly blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water.
- Shred the vegetables and chicken tender by hand, and put them into a bowl.
- Combine the dressing, and it's done.
