Crab Fettuccini
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 8 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. low-fat milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, sliced thinly
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettuccini, cooked
- Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine until tender in a non-stick skillet.
- Add flour, parsley, salt and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add milk and cheese, stirring frequently to keep from sticking.
- Add crab meat and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Fold in cooked noodles.
- Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
