Crab Fettuccini

  1. Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine until tender in a non-stick skillet.
  2. Add flour, parsley, salt and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add milk and cheese, stirring frequently to keep from sticking.
  4. Add crab meat and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Fold in cooked noodles.
  6. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
