Martha's Homemade Yeast Rolls Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water in a c..
  2. Beat egg white; add in lard and sugar.
  3. Mix thoroughly and add in 1 c. lukewarm water.
  4. Add in yeast mix.
  5. Add in flour and salt.
  6. Let set in hot place till double, 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  7. Work out into rolls, place in pan.
  8. Let rise till double.
  9. Bake in warm oven, 400 to 425 degrees till brown, 8 to 10 min.
