Spicy Hot Chili(Microwave)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, undrained
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili-style beans
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. water
- In microwave cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown; drain off fat.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes, chili beans, catsup, jalapeno peppers, seasonings and water.
- Cover and cook at full power 10 to 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
