Tomato Chicken (TOMAT AYAM)
- 1 whole chicken, wash and take the meat to fillet
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 100 gr corn starch
- to taste Cooking oil
- 1 cucumber, peeled and finely sliced
- 500 gr tomatoes
- 1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
- 2 large red chilis, seeded and sliced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 300 cc water
- Soak chicken in soy sauce for 10 minutes, roll the chicken in corn starch and fry in hot oil.
- Remove and place in a serving dish.
- SAUCE : Cook tomato with boiling water, peel and strain the water.
- Mix all the ingredients in the sauce (except cucumber) and thicken with cornstarch solution.
- Pour the sauce on the chicken, and add slices of cucumber.
