Tomato Chicken (TOMAT AYAM)

  1. Soak chicken in soy sauce for 10 minutes, roll the chicken in corn starch and fry in hot oil.
  2. Remove and place in a serving dish.
  3. SAUCE : Cook tomato with boiling water, peel and strain the water.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in the sauce (except cucumber) and thicken with cornstarch solution.
  5. Pour the sauce on the chicken, and add slices of cucumber.
