Wipe Out! Hawaiian Joes
- 2 whole Slices Thick Bacon, Chopped
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Hamburger
- 1 whole Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Diced Or Grated
- 1 whole Red Or Yellow Bell Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Pineapple, Diced Small (Canned Is Okay)
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- Brown bacon with ground beef, onions, garlic and bell pepper in a large skillet and break up meat with a spoon or spatula.
- Drain grease.
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and brown sugar.
- Mix together and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on kaiser rolls or any rolls youd like.

- Serve with macaroni salad and Hawaiian potato chips.
