Italian Sundried Tomato-Orzo Salad
- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 small yellow peppers, chopped
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 1 cup drained canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted black olives
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Rinse pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
