Frozen Coffee Treat
- 3 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
- 1/4 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Italian Espresso Roast Coffee, cooled
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free half-and-half
- 2 tsp. granular no-calorie sweetener
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- COOL WHIP.
- Blend remaining COOL WHIP with all remaining ingredients except ice in blender until blended.
- Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened and smooth.
- Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
