Stir-Fry Chicken

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook about 3 minutes, then add onion and bell pepper and continue cooking about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture and cook an additional 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Serve with rice or angel hair noodles. Serves 4.
