Microwave Pumpkin Carrot Muffins Recipe

  1. Beat together brown sugar, oil and egg.
  2. Add in the pumpkin puree and grated carrot.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Stir dry mix into pumpkin mix.
  5. Add in chips and raisins.
  6. Spoon batter into paper muffin c..
  7. Fill 2/3 full.
  8. Microwave at high for 2 to 3 min.
  9. Serve warm.
