1-2-3 Hash Brown Pie
- 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese, divided
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. each dried thyme leaves and onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Pat hash browns dry with paper towels; press gently onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese onto bottom of crust; top with mushrooms and broccoli.
- Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings until blended; pour over pie.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until centre is set and top is golden brown.
