Pork Tenderloin Deluxe Recipe

  1. Cut pork tenderloin into pcs about 1/3 inch thick (about the size of a half dollar).
  2. Cut ham (left-over ham is fine) into similar-sized pcs.
  3. Mix pork and ham in flour and place in bottom of crock pot.
  4. Pour tomato sauce on top - Don't add in water.
  5. Add in liquid removed mushroom pcs, diced onion, and diced green pepper.
  6. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on top and add in bay leaf.
  7. (Salt from ham is sufficient; Worcestershire eliminates need for pepper.)
  8. Cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
  9. Serve with wild rice (white rice or possibly noodles can be substituted).
  10. Serves 4.
