Rave Reviews Coconut Cake

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Blend; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 1/3 cups coconut and nuts.
  4. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  5. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
  6. Cool on rack.
  7. Cream the butter; blend in cream cheese.
  8. Add powdered sugar alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
  9. Add vanilla.
  10. Spread frosting over top and sides of cake.
  11. Spread 2 cups coconut over top and sides of cake.
