Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and eggs together until fully combined.

- Add the peanut butter and mix with a wooden spoon to combine (there is something about the wooden spoon...).
- 3.
- Add the chocolate chips and combine.
- 4.
- Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the cookie sheets, leaving about 1 1/2 between each scoop.
- 5.
- Bake the cookies util the bottoms are golden brown, between 13 and 15 minutes.
- Let cook for a few minutes on the cookie sheet then transfer the foil to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
