Lemon Pasta with Cheese
- 2 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup red or green grapes Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 16 fl oz bottle , favorite flavor
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, but do not rinse.
- Blend olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and sugar in a small bowl.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Place pasta in a bowl with olive oil mixture; toss to coat.
- Add tomatoes, cheddar cheese and broccoli to pasta; toss to mix.
- Place lettuce on a plate and top with pasta mixture.
- Enjoy your salad with a side of grapes.
- Serve CRYSTAL LIGHT with the meal.
