Pecan, Prosciutto, and Brie Sandwich
- 1 tablespoon roasted pecan butter
- 2 (1-ounce) whole-grain bread slices
- 4 large spinach leaves
- 2 teaspoons pepper jelly
- 1/2 ounce Brie cheese
- 1/2 ounce thinly sliced prosciutto
- Spread half of pecan butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer one slice with spinach, pepper jelly, Brie, and prosciutto.
- Top with remaining bread slice, pecan butter side down.
