Prosciutto & Basil Pizza
- 1 Qty Pizza Dough
- 1/4 cup tomato paste or pizza sauce
- 80 g prosciutto
- 90 g PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, broken into 2cm pieces
- 12 pitted black olives
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil spray
- basil leaves, for spreading
- ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 26cm round pizza base.
- SPREAD the pizza base evenly with tomato paste then top with the prosciutto, PHILLY, olives and tomatoes.
- Spray with oil.
- BAKE the pizza in a hot oven 200 degrees C for 1015 minutes or until cooked through and PHILLY is golden brown.
- SPRINKLE the pizza with basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
