Salsa-Braised Kale

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add kale and toss until bright green, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in salsa and water.
  4. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the kale is tender, 12-15 minutes.
  5. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
