Tomato and Fontina Pasta

  1. Boil the dry pasta in salted water according to the package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cut tomatoes into chunks and salt and pepper profusely.
  3. Drain pasta and add in the olive oil, fontina cheese and tomatoes.
  4. Mix well until cheese is melted and pasta is well coated.
  5. Add a tiny sprinkle of garlic.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
