SHAKE 'N BAKE Mexican Pork

  1. Moisten chops with water.
  2. Shake off excess.
  3. Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
  4. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  5. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 425 Degrees F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Top chops with salsa and cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 10 minutes to heat salsa and melt cheese.
  9. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
