Marinated Butterflied Leg Of Lamb Recipe

  1. Mix all spices into yogurt.
  2. Marinate for 2 days in refrigerator.
  3. Then bring back to room temperature and brush off any excess sauce.
  4. Grill on warm barbecue 5 to 8 min on each side.
  5. To serve, cut into thin slices.
