Caipirinha
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Ice
- 2 ounces cachaca
- In a rocks glass, muddle the lime with the sugar.
- Fill the glass with ice and add the cachaca.
- Transfer to a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour back into the rocks glass.
