Hotsy Totsy Pork'n Peppers

  1. Combine pork & 1 tbsp soy, stir well & set aside.
  2. Combine the remaining soy, juice, vinegar, honey & cornstartch.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Spray a skillet and over high heat stir fry the pork until browned (1 1/2 minutes).
  5. Remove pork from skillet.
  6. Stir fry the peppers for 2 minutes.
  7. Return pork to skillet & add juice mixture.
  8. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  9. Add noodles.
  10. Cook until heated through.
