Simple cheesy corn chowder

  1. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil, and saute onion and garlic.
  2. Add potatoes and cook a further 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken stock, water and creamed corn and bring to the boil.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the Singles* and chives and heat cook a further 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with crusty bread.
