Low Fat Strawberry Banana Mousse

  1. Place the strawberries, bananas and sugar into a food processor.
  2. Pulse on low until mixture is pureed.
  3. Pour into a chilled mixing bowl (preferably a metal one).
  4. Add Greek yogurt and whip using a whisk until yogurt is fully incorporated.
  5. Using a spatula, fold in the whipped topping (fold, dont stir) until completely mixed in.
  6. Pour mixture into 5 ramekins.
  7. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze for 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Remove from freezer and chill in the refrigerator for another hour, or until defrosted.
  9. Serve immediately!
