Talarina Recipe
- 1 pound grnd round steak, or possibly grnd chuck
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 pound Tillamook cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. Grandma's Spanish Seasoning (chili pwdr)
- 9 ounce. egg noodles
- 1 can black olives, liquid removed
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 can creamed corn or possibly whole kernel, liquid removed
- 3 sm. cans tomato sauce or possibly Marinara sauce
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in meat and cook well.
- Add in warm sauce, mushrooms, corn and olives.
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Combine noodles, sauce and 1/2 of the cheese and mix well.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min to 1 hour till it bubbles.
