Spinach Casserole

  1. Cook spinach as directed on box; reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
  2. Melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth.
  3. Add onion; cook until tender.
  4. Add liquids and stir until smooth.
  5. Slice the cheese (use 1/2 of the roll if you don't want it too hot).
  6. Add seasonings, stir until cheese is melted.
  7. Add the spinach and stir until mixed thoroughly.
  8. Pour into a casserole dish; top with buttered bread crumbs.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Best if made the night before.
