3-Minute Hard Boiled Eggs in a Frying Pan
- 1 enough to cover half of the bottom of a frying pan Eggs
- Add 2 cm of water to a frying pan.
- Once the water comes to a boil, take chilled eggs out of the fridge, and place them in the frying pan without cracking them.
- Rolling them around while placing them in is best.
- Cover with a lid, and in order to prevent the eggs from resting on one side, tilt the frying pan and roll them around without cracking them.
- Once you've rolled them around 2 or 3 times, start timing 3 minutes.
- Please use a timer.
- Turn off the heat, and leave them as is for 10 minutes.
- Then move the eggs to a bath of cold water.
- Once they've cooled down, you're done!
