3-Minute Hard Boiled Eggs in a Frying Pan

  1. Add 2 cm of water to a frying pan.
  2. Once the water comes to a boil, take chilled eggs out of the fridge, and place them in the frying pan without cracking them.
  3. Rolling them around while placing them in is best.
  4. Cover with a lid, and in order to prevent the eggs from resting on one side, tilt the frying pan and roll them around without cracking them.
  5. Once you've rolled them around 2 or 3 times, start timing 3 minutes.
  6. Please use a timer.
  7. Turn off the heat, and leave them as is for 10 minutes.
  8. Then move the eggs to a bath of cold water.
  9. Once they've cooled down, you're done!
