Hearty Grilled Beef and Cheese Sandwich
- 50 slices Whole grain bread slices, 1/2 inch thick
- 3 cups Pimiento pimento-stuffed green olives, minced
- 50 slices roast beef, sliced
- 25 slices VELVEETA Pasteurized Process American Cheese Food - Pre Cut 120 Slice
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- FOR EACH SERVING: Cover 1 bread slice with 2 Tbsp.
- olives; top with 2 beef slices, 1 process cheesefood slice and second bread slice.
- Spread outside of sandwich with 1 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Preheat flat top griddle at 350F.
- Cook until process cheesefood is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
