Applesauce
- 4 apples
- 1 -2 slice orange peel
- 14 cup sugar
- cinnamon
- Pare and quarter apples.
- Put in saucepan with orange peel and cover partly.
- Cook until soft.
- Add sugar and continue cooking until sugar dissolves.
- Remove orange peel and serve with cinnamon.
