Apple-Cinnamon Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons nonfat chicken broth
- 6 pork loin chops, thick cut
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling, divided
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Spray large skillet with nonstick spray.
- Add broth to skillet and heat over med-high heat.
- Add chops and brown on both sides.
- Remove from skillet.
- Combine half the apple pie filling, the lemon juice, bouillon granules, and cinnamon in slow cooker and mix well.
- Place chops on top ; cover and cook on low heat about 7 hours.
- Spoon remaining filling into a bowl and heat in microwave until warm.
- Serve with chops.
