Easy Strawberry Mousse
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water; stir until slightly thickened.
- Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating after each addition until well blended.
- Gently stir in berries and 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
- Spoon into 10 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
