Roast Beef with Horseradish Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Beat whipping cream with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix steak sauce, onions and horseradish in medium bowl.
  4. Add whipped cream; stir gently until well blended.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Place meat in roasting pan.
  8. Bake 45 min.
  9. to 1 hour 15 min.
  10. or until done (160F).
  11. Cut meat into thin slices.
  12. Serve with horseradish sauce.
