Southwestern Ranch Chicken Salad
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (6 inch), cut in half, then into 1/4-inch-wide strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- dash ground cumin
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Southwestern Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- Spread tortilla strips onto large microwaveable plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- Meanwhile, mix dressing and cumin.
- Toss greens with chicken, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
- Top with tortilla strips.
