Party Cheese Roll
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (4 oz.)chopped green chiles, drained
- Begin by lightly sprinkling flour on your cutting board.
- Next, roll out your VELVEETA with a rolling pin in a rectangle pattern about 1/4-inch thick.
- Next, combine cream cheese and green chilies in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Spread combined ingredients on top of your rolled out VELVEETA.
- Roll up VELVEETA using your fingers.
- Pinch sides and ends of your rolled up VELVEETA smoothly to close.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Slice or spread on your favorite crackers or bread as a wonderful appetizer.
