Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cook onion sin dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  4. Combine meat, 1/4 cup of ketchup, the stuffing mix, water, egg whites, and onions; mix well.
  5. Pleace neat mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish; shape into 10x5-inch loaf.
  6. Spread with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup.
  7. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
