Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 14 cup quinoa, ground
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour milk or 1 cup buttermilk
- 13 cup oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 cup Splenda granular
- 12 cup cranberry sauce
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup pecans
- Mix all ingredients and fill greased muffin tins.
- Bake 17 to 18 minutes at 400 degrees.
