Meatless Spicy Chik'n Pita
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Light Cucumber Ranch Dressing
- 4 cooked BOCA Spicy Chikn Veggie Patties, cut in half
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Mix carrots and cucumbers with dressing.
- Stuff each pita half with 1/2 BOCA Meatless Spicy Chik'n Patty along with 1/8 of the cucumber-carrot mixture.
- Serving is 2 pita halves.
- Enjoy 1/2 cup blueberries topped with 1 Tbsp.
- COOL-WHIP per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
