Homemade Meat Sauce
- 150 grams Ground meat (pork/other ground meat)
- 1 can Canned tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Consomme granules
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Mushrooms, eggplants, etc...
- Mince the onion and garlic.
- Saute Step 1 in olive oil, and add ground meat when the onion become translucent.
- Continue sauteing.
- Add tomatoes, consomme, ketchup, and bay leaf.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the water into the can from Step 3, and pour it into the pan, including the rest of the tomatoes.
- Taste it and adjust the flavour with salt and pepper.
- With mushrooms.
- Cut the eggplant into slices, and stir-fry in oil, then add to Step 5.
- With eggplants.
