California Burger
- 48 each BOCA Original Vegan Burgers
- 48 each hamburger buns, split, toasted
- 48 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 192 strips roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 6 each large cucumbers, each cut into 24 slices
- 12 each large avocados, peeled, pitted and each cut into 12 slices
- 3 cups KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- Cook burgers as directed on package.
- For each serving: Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun.
- Top with 1 burger, 4 roasted pepper strips, 5 cucumber slices, 3 avocado slices and 1 Tbsp.
- dressing.
- Cover with top of bun.
