Pizza Bread

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook both types of sausage together until fully browned.
  2. Drain fat well and keep over low heat.
  3. Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks and melt slowly in the pan with the sausage.
  4. Once fully melted remove skillet from heat.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  6. Spread a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto a slice of bread, repeat until the loaf is gone.
  7. Place bread onto a 12 X 18 baking sheet.
  8. Cook at 350 F for approximately 10-15 minutes until edges of the bread are slightly browned.
  9. Serve warm.
