Pizza Bread
- 1 pound Jimmy Deans Regular Breakfast Sausage
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean's Hot Breakfast Sausage
- 8 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese
- 1 loaf Cocktail Size Square Rye Bread, 12 Ounce Size
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook both types of sausage together until fully browned.
- Drain fat well and keep over low heat.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks and melt slowly in the pan with the sausage.
- Once fully melted remove skillet from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Spread a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto a slice of bread, repeat until the loaf is gone.
- Place bread onto a 12 X 18 baking sheet.
- Cook at 350 F for approximately 10-15 minutes until edges of the bread are slightly browned.
- Serve warm.
