Apple Pie With Pecans Recipe

• 1 c. Pecans
• 1/2 c. Butter
• 1/2 c. Sugar, Brown
• 6 c. Apples
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Flour

1. In bottom of Glass Pie Pan combine: 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar.
2. Then add in a layer ( 1 c. pecans) on top.
3. Spread first crust over this (I use ready made crust).
4. Filling: mix and put into first crust.
5. 6 c. apples
6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
7. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
8. 1/2 c. sugar
9. 2 Tbsp flour
10. Spread on second crust, trim edges.
11. Puncture for air vents.
12. Bake 350 for 40-50 min.
13. Flip onto serving plate.
14. **careful VERY Warm syrup**
